Solar panels installed across our poultry house roofs produce 500 MWh of electricity annually — powering all farm operations with surplus fed back to the grid. Our poultry houses are heated entirely by Prina (olive pomace): the olive pulp remaining after cold-pressing our own olives for oil. A closed loop — where one product fuels another, with nothing wasted.
